I used a stored listing to list a similar item. I forgot to change the name of the original item to the name of the new one in Auctiva before listing it. However, immediately afterward I was able to correct it on the eBay site using their "title" revision and also in the auctiva listing in the html box below. However, the scrolling window still shows the original incorrect description. And I can't figure out how to get to it to correct it.
This revision should be picked up automatically by our listing maintenence service.
Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.
Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
