My store window keeps showing old stuff. I have asked about these several times. Was told to turn something off and that did not help.

"Something"? What did you turn off?

I'd file a support request if you haven't already (bottom of the Help page).

by old stuff, whatcha mean? showing closed listings still?

window should update after awhile (it doesnt update constantly, just a few times a day). if it has been a day and items still showing, then can manually remove items from showing by going to storewindow settings and selecting an item and telling it to hide that item.

Daily? I have several listings still showing on my store window that closed WEEKS ago, maybe even over a month! None of my new (within the last week) listings are up.
on the bright side, My color change worked though.

If there are items in the store window that you are no longer selling, you can make them hidden in your Auctiva store by going to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Items . On this page you have the option to make listings hidden. Listings that are hidden will not be displayed in your Auctiva store nor will they be displayed in your Auctiva store window the next time it refreshes...it does so about every 2 hours.

Looks like your showcase is showing items that were "ended early by seller". The date on the top of these items is May 1st, is that correct for the day you ended them?

I'm guessing something is not working correctly for items ended early by seller. I'll have someone look into this.

Okay, it looks like both of you have a unique situation. You have both changed your eBay userID over the past month or so. At that point, if the token on Auctiva is not updated to the new userID, we can't update prices and auction info.

Then, items that are store items with original end dates way into the future (like 90 or 120 day store listings) that end because of a buyer or were ended early by seller are not updated. So, our system still thinks the end times are way out in the future, even though the item ended.

Anyway, it's even more confusing that what I've just explained above. We're thinking about a way of handling this in the future, but for now, users can file a support case and we can fix their store windows for now.

We've fixed both of your accounts and your store windows will update within the next 2 hours.
