Is this the norm during "peak time" even for Sunday?

Not normal. My store window has been spastic for several days now.

Yep I have to agree with you as sometimes it is just 6 pics and then sometimes all of them and it doesn't matter if it is Auctiva's peak hours

Can you clarify what is happening?

Are the items showing without photos?

Hello Jeff. Yes, the title of the item shows in the window, but the item's image does not. To wit:

I have three items showing and that's all I've had showing the last 24 hours. I received this response at 10:30 am in my support case:

"Normally the images in the store window are automatically generated every 12 hours. However this process has fallen behind.

I will go ahead and force an update on your account. This should resolve the issue in 4-6 hours."

I hope it's so because I've been contacting support since last Thursday about this.

Hi Jeff,

I checked a couple of my auctions and some of them also only show half of the images in the scrolling window. If you click on the "loading" window, it takes you to the listing with all of the correct images.

City ... None of yours are loading now as well none of mine aren't neither

My store window is empty. It doesn't even get to the 'image loading' part. Just a blue-grey box w/the Auctiva logo and the scrolling pics never load. Waited 10 min...still nothing.

I checked under Listing and they are aware that Auctiva is down for now. Of course that was earlier this afternoon so no idea how long it is going to take. My past experience with Auctiva tells me to start using my back-up ****** or ebay.

I have no images showing in the scrolling Auctiva Store window. There is text info below blank images with 'Loading image' instead of images.

This is happening often. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Is there anything one can do to fix this? Thank you.

Al, two of the three auctions you posted have inkfrog windows in them, not Auctiva.

Are the ones not showing by chance happen to be relists? I know my relists don't show. Something to do with the way ebay handles the relist.

What I do is go into my auctiva window and hide the relists so the other auctions will show in the window.

Thanks for the tip but I relisted items is the problem. Both of the ones listed below are relisted items but the first one shows the pic in the showcase whereas the second one does not.

I was with SDGallery for years and when they sold out to InkFrog I just kept them instead of having that big empty spot on all my auctions.

I have InkFrog windows at the bottom of my auctions and when I joined Auctiva I put that window at the top.

The only problem I have with InkFrog if my pictures are not showing up is that I have to revise my cookies to them and update my ebay token.

I am happy with Auctiva but they are not equipped to handle ebay specials for sellers but maybe by CHRISTMAS they will be ready. I know last year I got massacred when their images servers went down

Well, since my listings only have two days to go... it seemed easier to me to just edit out the Auctiva store window... if it isn't working, I'd rather it not be there. Very disappointing.

I just leave it as they do get it working sooner or later
