hello, I have a problem with my store window.
I used auctiva the last two weeks. In the first and now the second time I have the same problems.
In store window are not all of my listings.I have listings of coins and stamps.All the coin listings are in store and all the stamp listings are NOT in the store.
So please tell me: is there anything I can do for this?

Hi Efi,

The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed, and is refreshed every 4 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.

The only way you can control what goes in your store window is by making items featured/hidden.To do this, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store -> Edit/Preview -> Featured Items. Items that are made hidden will not be shown in your store window and items that are featured will always be shown(as long as there aren't more than 12).
