Hello,
The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending around the same time as the item being viewed, and is refreshed every 4 hours. We will be increasing the store window capacity to 20 in the near future.
The only way you can control what goes in your store window is by making items featured/hidden.To do this, go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store -> Edit/Preview -> Featured Items. Items that are made hidden will not be shown in your store window and items that are featured will always be shown(as long as there aren't more than 12).

Auctiva Mike...why do you state the store updates every four hours?
I've had 2 support tickets in regarding buy it now still showing DAYS after it should. Your tech is telling me that they don't know when it will be updated. I'll start a new thread about it.

There was an issue at our line provider for the past couple of days. Our servers are still processing backed up requests. It will more than likely be up to another 14 hours before everyones items are reconciled. The reason I state that it refreshes every 4 hours is because that's the schedule it's set on.
