Is there something wrong with Ebud? I am not getting the winning e-mails.
I have 3.40 but it has worked fine up till today.

I am running 3.41 and I just went to update and mine is not getting emails either. I am filing a case make sure we all so they are aware there is trouble again

It is not putting in e-mail address on auction listings.
It is putting them in on fixed price and Store items.

Have you tried deleting those auction rows without email addresses, then refreshing again?

yes I have but it really is not that easy. When we delete the auction we lose all of the information we have entered in ebud for that item such as vernder numbers and any notes. I too am getting the fixed price such as buy it now and store items emails

My eBud is not retreiving the winning bidders email addresses. This started for me yesterday. Is there a fix in progress or do I need to submit a ticket?

It does not fill in the e-mail address when it is deleted and refreshed.

I've tried the delete and refresh too and it doesn't work for me either. I used this program a long time ago and am trying it out again. I hope this isn't the norm now. It used to be very reliable and easy to use.

Ebud should be fixed by now. This issue was not fixed by a eBud version update, just a server adjustment. The only thing you will need to do is to delete any eBud auction row that is not showing a email address.

If you are still seeing this issue, please file a support case through the help menu of our classic Auctiva website.

mine is not working again as well. Sure they tell us to delete the auctions then refresh but they do not understand that we have entered allot of data such as item number. I lose 4 hours work each time this happens just because I have to re-enter item number on over 600 items and other information. I have open a case.
