I used the Second Chance offer feature for the first time. Is Auctive setup to show this listing?

Because these types of offers do not show up in your seller's lists, they do not automatically show up in ebud. It's a change ebay made months ago and thus far Auctiva has not found a way to access them.

To make them show up you need to add the item manually. To do so, select "Add Ebay item(s) by item number(s)" from the Edit menu (1st item on the drop down menu) and then enter the number(s). Once they are entered, you then need to enter the bidder name, the email address, and the bid amount manually.
