This is not the first time. If this is not fixed soon I will find other software, I can't afford to lose data and feedbacks.

Hello Ebud? Anyone home? This is not an Ebay problem as it is intermittent and when I check my auctions on Ebay they show the correct time. For the last week and a half I have been dealing with Ebud showing my auctions ending early daily. Not all of them - just selective ones. I've had paypal money sent to me with auctions I didn't even know I had a bid on because they show up on program as closed - 0 - no bids, no info. This deleting and refreshing is getting old. I use this program to make my life easier - not more difficult. Can you respond with an answer other than "It's an Ebay problem" or "Delete and Refresh" Or how about just fixing it. Thanks, Frustrated Atticus14

Why would the nice folks at auctiva post to this, they do not have a problem. This is an ebay problem. The program is reporting what ebay gives it to report. Maybe you should find another place to auction your stuff? Maybe complain to ebay? Yelling here isn't going to get you anywhere. David

I guess I should also post that I am running over 400 auctions a week. Sure, I have had a few here and there that show ended early. You do not have to do anything to them. Just leave them alone and when it refreshes correctly it will correct the information automatically. David

camerahunter, I beg to differ with you. Though we seldom have more than 15 or so auctions listed, it is very simple to check if Ebay is right, or if Ebud is. Ebay has had the information right so far. And I am not hollering, I am simply asking for help, which has not been forthcoming. At this moment, we have one auction on, with an amount of a big $9.00. Ebud tells me we have $99.95. Which would be nice, but is incorrect. Ebay knows we only have one $9.00 bid. So it doesn't seem to be something that Ebay is sending to Ebud, does it?
