I updated 2 of my 3 computers to 3.19e and both computers will not pull new bids to the top. I even unselected this option under refresh settings and then selected it again and still the same problem. The computer that I did not upgrade is doing this just fine as always. Someone please look into this, it's very important to us, this is how I see what's going on with my auctions throughout the day.

Click on "search" and Auctions running with bids. Walla, there they are.

I have this same problem. Posted comment under the 3.19e update thread. Not only are they not pulling to the top, but items with a new bid (first bid) are not showing shipping or subtotal which is throwing off the profit column. I agree that this is very important in order to follow running auctions and their status. It is one of the reasons I use eBud! Now it is broken worse than before! I sure hope it gets fixed asap!

I know how to click to see running items with winning bids, that's not the issue. The problem is it's not pulling ended items with winning bids to the top like it has for the few years I've been using it. I like to do a refresh periodically throughout the day and have it pull to the top all ended items and running items with bids since my last refresh. This does not work since the new "upgrade".

I have the same this happening with mine, I wish I never did the upgrade. I also like to see my auctions as they get bids and sell. I guess it's just something you get used to for years I want it back. All I get now is some irritating bleep sound.

Tell me about it! I wish I never would have updated either. Just for everyone's info, this is the response I rec'd from support when I filed a support ticket.

Once we get the API fully going with eBud these issues should really rarely happen. As of now it‘s still on the old code and ebay keeps making it real hard to do things.
I am sure it‘s something he can fix pretty fast though. Sorry for the wait. If the items at least update and show the correct price it‘s not as bad as no update at all. It‘s just a pain right now but we will address it asap.


Not only that, but it appears that if you have an eBay store, it is very likely that the items you've posted since around the 29th are not showing up in your store. I just noticed it and Live Support says that they've had several other people contact them regarding the issue. They have you send an e-mail to the store support. What a waste of time! In the meantime, I am losing money!

With all these problems...how is one supposed to run a business?!

volcanogames: Can you check to see if you accidentally turned that feature off? Its in "edit->refresh settings" and its called "automatically pull items with new bids to top"

I can assure you that that is not the problem. I have already tried that and it is checked off. Still isn't pulling them to the top. It is not showing a subtotal either which is throwing off the profit column.

Hello!

Same here, Miles. I have the "automatically pull items with new bids to top" checked and always had. After the update, it just stopped pulling the fresh bids and ended auctions to the top.

Same problem here, Miles, and I DO have that option selected in my settings.

Another odd thing happening is when doing a report, the item numbers are not being pulled.... and I DO have that option checked in my settings as well. Entire Item Number column is blank but all other info checked off in settings appear.

May as well add my name to the list, newly sold items are not being pulled to the top of my spreadsheet. I hear the cash register, but them have to search the item number to find the record.

I'm having problems updating also. All new adds give a ping and bids and closes make the noise and then ping but do not pull up to the top. It is difficult to figure out what auctions are getting bids. JJ

I will say this it is working for refresh - ended auctions - ect...
BUT I can not get it to leave feedback, request NPB or FVF.
So if it is not one thing it most certainly will be something else causing a problem.
It is a good thing I do not rely on Ebud for everything.

Refresh settings are correct, I even unchecked it, then rechecked that option and still the same problem. Odd thing is it does pull store items to the top, but not auctions. It is still working fine on my old laptop that I did not do the upgrade on, but does not work on either of the two PC's that I did the update with.

Indeed, store items ending are pulled to the top but nothing else...

Has the issue been identified? Can we expect a fix?

OK GUYS, we are now on day 12 since we did the "upgrade" and it still is not pulling items to the top when they end with a winning bid or receive a new bid. Is anybody out there? This really sucks, I've always used this to monitor how my auctions are doing throughout the day. HELLO?!?!?!
