I use two eBay IDs, a primary and secondary. All of sudden, when I try to retrieve and leave feedback using the secondary ID, eBud pulls up the feedback for the primary. What is going on. Haven't had this problem in the past. I need it fixed ASAP.

I wouldn't worry about it. We use our eBud on 3 IDs and even though every feedback comment is shown mixed up for all IDs it still retrieves and leaves the correct feedback for each ID.

Mine is not retrieving the info for the secondary ID at all. It isn't a case of the feedback being mixed up ..

My mistake. Tried it again and found that it is displaying feedback for both IDs all jumbled up together. Was able to leave feedback but I don't think this is the way the program should work. It should only show the feedback for the ID you are using. Thanks for your help.

I use 2 ID's as well. The primary has over 15000 feedbacks and the second 250. The second works like a charm. The first never did until I let it run the whole 1200 pages of feedback. After that, they both work.
