HELP me please! I filed a support request today and it was answered but when I clicked on the link in the email I got this error message: "You are not authorized to use this page." and it tells me to click on another link to file a support request. My support request is for a resolution to a problem I have updating my ebud to the newest "v" version. I would like to download the program from scratch. I've already backed up my ebud files and put them on my desktop. Please help me and please check into why I can't access your answer to my support request. Thank you, Bonnie Roberts bcreater

First uninstall Auctiva Power Tools and eBud from Control Panel > add & remove programs then login to your account on http://classic.auctiva.com select the Products tab > Download > download and install [b]Auctiva Power Tools
once you have eBud installed (from auctiva Power Tools) click File > Restore Backup (full) point to the location where your eBud back up file is. YOu shouldn't have any difficulity.
