Once downloaded, close eBud if it is running, copy this file to your "C:\Program files\Auctiva\eBud" folder, or to the directory where you have eBud installed.
Thank you for giving the download update. I always have problems with the direct update from eBud - was a relief to see the download as I have auctions going off and was ready to file a support! As always, Auctiva comes through again! Thanks, magicbelle

downlowded the new version yesterday 9/20 and it fixed the problem.. but today 9/21 ebud doing the samething not refreshing...please help..thnks...Roger

I just downloaded 3.37 and ebus is still not refreshing. All of my closed auctions from yesterday still show as running on ebud and none of my bids have been recorded. I do not get an error, it just acts like it is refreshing but does nothing. Lori

Okay, here's where I am. Please help... Yesterday I was getting the same problem as everyone else. I upgraded to 3.37 and all worked well. Today I'm getting the same problem. When I try to upgrade to 3.38 I get as far as getting the file downloaded... but when it uncompresses Ebud.exe I get an error message saying, "EinvalidOp: Invalid Floating Point Operation". When I click on the OK button it aborts the install and reloads ebud without completing the upgrade to 3.38. Thus I am still not able to refresh my auctions on ebay.
