When I try to look on the Auctiva Classic website to track my counters, etc., nothing is showing up.
Support told me that is doesn't work on the Auctiva Classic website and I needed to track my auction activity through EBUD.
My comment to Support: Then, I suggest you figure out a way to show hits/counters in Ebud as well as "watchers". The paid sight should be better than the free one, if that is not the case, then Auctiva should shut down the paid sight and move all of us paying customers over to the high tech free Auctiva.
Not a happy camper here when my auctions can't be monitored "live" on the Auctiva Classic website.

TO Auctive Support; This person does not speak for all Classic users. I have been using Classis for over 8 years and am very satisfied with the services it provides. It far surpasses any other auction software available out there. Once you realize eBud is not everything for everybody and learn to use it for what it is itended then you will appreciate what it can do for you. So please disregard those comments suggesting you shut eBud down - I will happily continue paying the small fee charged for this service!
