I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem: After a day's work of shipping out ebay auctions, dozens of items in the ebud Spreadsheet are marked as ITEM SHIPPED in the Status. Then a few days later I realize that the status has disappeared and it looks like the item has not yet shipped.

I have two theories as to why this happens, but if there are more reasons, I'm all ears:

If you open a second instance of ebud and close it after closing the first instance, then all of the changes you made are overwritten by the auto-save feature when you exit.

Another way would be if eBud or explorer crashed while you working, then all of the changes to the spreadsheet would be lost.

I'm just trying to find a way of stopping this from happening. when i set an item to ITEM SHIPPED, i want it to _stay_ that way. I get a lot of upset customers when I select all the older auctions and file for NPB with ebay only to find out that they already did pay and the item already shipped...

had the same thing happen today on items that I have sent congrats emails to last night. Not sure o fthe cause, but status was cleared on all items from yesterday

Status, payment method, tracking numbers, Stat-Date, Shipping and several other entries suddenly and randomly vanish.

Totals and net profit no longer calculate.

Update an item and you loose the email forever.

I would like to use the programs as advertised. "Auctiva eBud is the only tool that eBay sellers need to track and manage their auctions!"

Come on guys...we pay to use software and it should work!!!!!!!!

I have lost hours worth of work since your latest FIX.

How about rebating fees until you get the programs working right?
