Personal Second Chance Offers work on ebud?

None of my Personal offers ever come up on ebud and I would like to use ebu's e-mail form letters to send to my winiing Second Chance offers

Ebay changed the way they process them a few months ago (2nd chance offers no longer show up on the seller's lists, even once completed/bid on) and so you have to add each one individually by adding the item number ("edit" menu, then "add ebay item(s) by item number") and then filling in the necessary information (usually the user id, email and price for me).

I personally only add those that are successful, that is which get a bid b/c otherwise I'm tripling my work. Auctiva says there's no way for them to access the info (it's not available by scraping ebay which is how they get the rest of our info) so there's nothing they can do at this point to automate it.
