I am not able to refresh my ended auctions and need help. I have tried the work arounds in the boards and still no go. I checked the logs and I saw this. I am trying to get my stuff working but need your help ASAP!!

Guys PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CA Anyone share some light please? I really need this to work. All my auctions are Dutch Auctions.... If not let me know auctiva and I will prepare to move along. Just need an answer.

Little Bonsai Store, you may as well move on. This could take months for Auctiva to fix. Or it could take them a shorter period of time. I opened a support case, waited months for the fix and within 2 days eBay had made changes and the updates no longer worked. Oh Well! I will be finding a new program.

Something is going on here with auctiva. I have been having trouble to and they dont answer emails. Call them

Mike, their is a support case open even before you posted this. Does this mean you are working on my issue since you checked the support case before posting this?

Ok, Mike if you look at the days now it has been some time. When will this be fixed for me? I would love to get my moneys worth on a product that works so please fix this. Last time this happend it was a fast update and now it sounds you guys are having problems even with little updates. Do you need more developers? Talk to me I can help, I just want to hit the refresh button and get all MY DUETCH AUCTIONS with out deleting every auction I have and adding it everytime I do a refresh. Look at the case number and check my last cases we had a problem like this before. If not then can we work on a roll back from this version were it does NOT remove any of m current ebud info currently displayed?

Steps to Reproduce:
I run ducth auctions and when they end ebud will not update them as ended, I have been and ebud user for 6 years. This is making auction management extremely difficult.
Is there a fix for this, or are you working on it.

Has there been any progress with this Ducth Auction issue, this is really causing a problem as I can not send email notices, print invoices, update data cards with shipping info, etc.
