Hi,
Go to Tools--> eBay Stores--> and make sure that the 'Automatically extract when I refresh' option is checked. It sounds like that go turned off somehow.

Hi Joe How come when I extract buyers for store items all buyers are extracted even 2 year old ones that have been archived long ago? I have long standing listings and whenever I extract all buyers I have to spend awhile sorting out and deleting the old ones. When I have my refresh settings set for 2 days store buyers should only be extracted for 2 days. This has been a problem since day one.

Hi,
What if you left the completed rows hanging around and put a custom status on them to know they're done? I think that would work, maybe a little clutterd but better than sorting through each time.

Joe

I do that on the ones that sell often but my point is can't there be a time limit on the refresh period?

Extracting buyers of running items has always been a separate process from a refresh, even though you can opt to have it done after the refresh. So it would take quite a bit mucking around to have it work. Regards,
