Since the server is back up (?) I can not refresh data. New items are not added, old status remains unchanged even tho the program goes thru the refresh steps, initialize, validate and eBay data retrevial.

It's been unfailingly down for me for almost two days now (or so it seems anyway - since AM on Friday).
They say it's sort of back up but I haven't been able to log in yet to delete my scheduled auctions as they recommend doing.
They say it will be down (and up and down) at least til monday when they get that new motherboard in. I haven't had any problems w/ebud but I wouldn't count on yours working reliably 'til the server is better, which it's not.

Activa Tom T. The program will not refresh data, however I was able to post a couple items OK with Poster V 3.11. The "help" page will not let me log in or file Support Request, like you say, or any other functions. The auctions I have running of course will not refresh. I also can not use any "short cuts" to Auctiva eBud, when I try all I get is Auctiva Log In page which will not function. I was lucky to get eBud to surface from the All Progams, after several trys. What is the latest Version of Manager? I updated to V 3.10h some time ago and program says no updates are available.

3.10H is the latest Ebud version. I'm running about 20 auctions currently and have no problems with refresh. I had half a dozen bids show up in eBud over night.

I have been away for several weeks and had a batch of listings post just prior to my return. Last night they ended. Ebud did not retrieve the correct sale prices and email addresses of the winners. It indicated lower prices than a visit to the listing page revealed. When I tried to verify using the Data Card, the error message "error getting email address" came up in place of the correct email. The Confirm Data operation did obtain the correct closing price. Status continued to indicate the incorrect status. Is all this related to the other problems users have been having, or is it my system? Any ideas?

Hi Are you on the latest build ?
3.10h at least ? If it is not that version it will not refresh properly and you mention you were away for weeks. So, seems you might be out of date either get the entire 3.11 installer or just click Tools and the top option for updating eBud. Thanks Ed
