I'm having same problem. Also, my Eposter is having issues as well. Saying to check my internet connection or the server is down. Please let us know when we can expect to be back in action.

I don't know what happened to my post above but if you go to tools and issue a new token then ebud should work fine. At least it worked for me.

It's still hanging at "Validating User".

This is crazy.

I guess I'll get on this wagon too. I am having this same problem as and my feedback manager is blank. It will not retrieve feedback. So who is suppose to fix this? I also get request to: "Sign in to eBay to use the service provided by Auctiva Corporation" "Sign in if you would like to use Auctiva Corporation on eBay. By doing this, you won't have to share your eBay User ID and password with Auctiva Corporation."Is this real? What does it have to do with feedback?

When trying to redo the token I get the following.

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Anyhow two seconds after getting that error I'm up and running again. So I guess try to do that and it should start running again.

Good luck all.

It seems that Auctiva is spending their time on the new site and letting us paying customers suffer. You'd think they'd at least post something here to let us know what's going on. I am unable to log into the old site.

Thanks for the advice, Pestycat, you're the best! Generating a new token with eBay worked, am refreshing data as I type this.
