I would really speed up my order processing to add a hotkey to bring up the search by username and search by email of bidder. Wondering if is possible to add a hotkey to them for the next update.

Alt+S,B,U and Alt+S,B,E

These will do it. They're a bit longer than a regular ctrl+ but a lot less work than reaching for the mouse Smile.
