i had bids on two items, from bidders i had dealt with before, thus, the address checkboxes were in fact checked. i just received new bids from bidders i had *not* dealt with before and, although i dont have their info, the checkboxes remain checked... is there anything i can do about this?

I've commented about this a number of times to no avail...as yet. Try deleting the auction. When you refresh it should appear again sans check box.

It's not petty, nor are you. It's broken, and needs to be fixed.
If being 'visual' makes you petty, then I guess I hold the record there.

Yep, not a petty thing. We depend on the accuracy of the visuals, that's the point.

This is supposed to be fixed in 3.07a with the new address book. This problem most likely occured before you upgraded (If you have even upgraded, in which case, if you haven't, upgrade please )

Ah ha...thats what that check box is for...I was wondering what it was since it didn't have a description anywhere!
Is it safe to assume the little green people facing each other represent feedback???

Mary,
You assume correctly! First green man is feedback left for you and the 2nd is feedback you left.
