Hi Support,
I had to change my password on eBay. I changed it in Auctiva eBud, and now can not relist. I get a screen but there is an error message on it. I KNOW this screen is to give you permission to relist for me.
I contacted eBay, and they said I have to do this through you.
Please help and tell me what to do. The user ID I am having a problem with is sew_perfect.

You have to go to Auctiva POSTER and edit you password. Make sure the ebud is closed at the time of changing the password. When you open regular auctiva, it should work

Thanks, but I need to use eBud to RELIST...I did follow your suggestion, and updated the password for doing ORIGINAL auctions.
If you change your password on eBay you need to authorize Auctiva to relist for you, and the screen that comes up to allow me to do this comes up with an error message, so I can't authorize them to do this.
Any other suggestions? Support?? I am trying to avoid opening a formal case.

Problem solved, thanks Brandon in support.

All I needed to do was open my IE Browser: and go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > SECURITY TAB > TRUSTED SITES >SITES BUTTON > ENTER IN http://www.auctiva.com/
