When I go to send emails they dont go.
I have been using auctiva for about a year so I'm pretty familiar with the ins an outs.
My emails are not sending.
My "Email Queue Manager" opens and (whether one at a time or in bulk) they do not send.
Any suggestions.

I usually give them about 72 hours.
Great Software but POOR customer service.

It came back for a while on Sunday but is down again now.

Toys, why not send them using the MAPI check-box ... then retrieve the sent e-mails from your "SENT" folder in your e-mail program?

One of our servers was having a problem that has been fixed. Emails should be sending fine now with the Auctiva Mail setting.

I've been having the same problem, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I submitted a support request and got good support, but e-mail is again not working this morning. It's frustrating.

I try every hour and about once a day they go.
--miss wana wang-- i have a script written to sort my emails by item number so it wont do it from the Sent folder.
Good ol Auctiva, like an old jalopy, runs but is always got some new problem.
If Andale ever simplifies there program, watch out there customer service is AWESOME>>

I have been trying for 2 days. I have wasted a whole bunch of time trying to figure it out. HOped I would find an answer here. I have emailed everyone through ebay, but again, lost time, and SO FRUSTRATING!

Hi,

Were still working to resolve this problem. Sorry for the problems this is cuasing everyone. It shouldn't be much longer until this is fixed for good.

On the bright side, emails are sending ok at the moment.
