Is anyone else having problems with ebud not picking up store sales on refresh? I can extract buyers for multiple item listings but cannot pick up single item sales. It will pick up that the listing has ended and get the buyers email but no other info is picked up, not the buyer user name or the price or anything.

I'll be filing a support request also.

Same deal here, I have not been able to pick up store sales for a couple of days now........

I addressed this many weeks ago with support and there has been no resolution. I sold four store items to a customer and it only extracted one.

We're working on fixing this issue. The fix may originally only show up in the beta test version though, as talked about by Joe in this post:

We're trying to reproduce this problem so that it can be diagnosed and fixed. If you could file a support case and provide us some item numbers and your login credentials this will be a huge help to speed up the process.
