Reinstalling everything. I've backed up eBud data just before crash, but now what?

I installed tools from Auctiva website, but when I try to enter my old username it says it's already taken. How do I get it back to normal again???

Hi

To do a full transfer of eBud from one PC is done the following way.
It also is useful in restoring your data from a formatting or anything else that caused dramatic data loss.

Open eBud and click File > Backup Data (Full)
Select a folder to save to in the Full Backup Utility and click Backup

It will start processing all data and saving it to that location on the hard drive
The folder created with the data will look like the following - eBud-Backup-month-day-year
You need to copy this data to the new PC. CD burners are best for this but the worst case is you could zip it and mail it to yourself. It might even fit on a floppy.

To restore the data move the folder to the new PC where you can easily find it.

Install eBud and update it to the latest version.
Once this is done click File > Restore Backup Data (full)
You will see the Full Restore Utility dialog menu
Browse to the eBud-Backup-month-day-year and click Restore.

After it is finished click Done and all data and settings should be transferred or restored to your eBud, albeit data recovery or just a means to transfer data to a new PC.

Thanks
Ed

This did not work for me completely... It did not get all my auctions on their and the ones that did it did not transfer all the info I had for each costumer. Is their a way to make this work properly? Is their a number that i can call a dev so that we can clear this up?
