Anyone else experiencing this problem? This is a new one on me as I have never had a problem using the fee manager before...... Any input from Auctiva staff welcome.....

eBay Fees Manager freezes with no changes for over 30 minutes.

It seems most of eBud has been messed up by recent changes at eBay. F/B Manager appears to do "Get all F/B" when you click "Retrieve Feedback" Mine has been running for over 30 minutes and is still connecting/receiving data.

Deleted and new auctions do not add into the database when doing a refresh.

Miles and Tom we need help.

I have tried numerous date combination, the largest being 12/31/2001 to 05/16/2002, to try and retrieve ebay fees. It appears that Manager is searching out the data, but is taking longer to accomplish. The final result is no report with "No Fees" appearing in the status bar at the bottom of the feedback window. I am assuming that ebay made another change.

Well glad I'm not the only one...hopefully they'll get this fixed as it's a major pain.

I STILL cannot schedule auctions either...this has been at least two - three weeks now...ugh!!

I have the same problem. Try to retreive ebay fees and get "no fees" I had to do it manually.

Now would be a good time for someone from Auctiva to update us on the problem with retrieving ebay fees...... When I refresh, the fees do get imported with the auction info.....But trying to get fees from a few days back is impossible.....Fees manager says it is retrieving fees, parsing then states no fees.....

Through version 3.07d I have been able to retrieve fees but it takes about 2-3 hours and I am using a broadband connection. However, I have not tried to retreive fees in 3.07e and from what I have read it appears as though users are getting an error message when attempting to retrieve fees. My advice would be to retrieve fees and then go to sleep for the night and maybe it will be done in the morning.

I am experiencing the same. I am not receiving the reduced fees but the old very high priced ebay fees. If I am going to pay straight ebay fees to list than why go through Auctiva?

And my very loved showcase is no longer working, my biggest reason for loving and promoting Auctiva!

Remember that you do not pay the ebay fees through auctiva but throughh ebay directly. The fact that the fee schedule is not updated on auctiva actually has not affect on how much you will pay to list the items. It's just an inconveience to not have an accurate rate quote.
