What happenED to the great Customer Support we used to get from Auctiva...we are a long time Auctiva customer..and alwaYS received a replIESto our Support RequestS
Now (last couple of weeks) ...NATTA!!...don't even get aN e-MAIL confirmation WHEN we file a Support Case...trying to get a few simple items resolved....HOPEFULLY SOMEONE FROM ACUTIVA SUPPORT SEES THIS AND CAN LET ME KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WRONG...THNKS....ROGER
