I can't get emails from running or closed auctions. I also can't use the Fees Manager to retrieve fees - an error message says "no fees". Please someone provide some advice. Thanks in advance.

I think eBay changed their system so that you cannot get the email addresses of all of your bidders. Before you go to advanced search and pull up a list of all of your items with the bidders email - now you cannot anymore.

Please help me. I can't retrieve eBay fees ("retrieve eBay fees since...."), and I am not getting email addresses in my closed auctions. I use Windows XP. I have the latest eBud version. I have cleaned my cache. When I try to retrieve eBay fees it says No Fees. I had to change my eBay pw in December. I generated a new token in eBud but now I can't get fees or email addresses. I only have regular auctions, no store. Please help me. If you send me an email, I'll send you my phone number, or please send me yours and a time to call. Many thanks in advance.
