Anyone out there using Comcast? IF so does anyone know what the number is to put in the port field in the SMTP email settings?
Thanks much!!

This should be the same regardless of who you use. POP and SMTP ports are standardized. Your SMTP port is 25, and a POP port is 110. I'm just mentioning POP for reference purposes, you only need SMTP.

Then what am I doing wrong? I get error timed out. I have 25 and I have comcast.net in the server name. I thought that 25 wasn't working for it that is why I posted here.
Thanks again

Do you have your server for SMTP set up as:
smtp.comcast.net
with your POP3 server set up as:
pop.comcast.net
?

I can't tell you HOW MANY TIMES I've typed STMP! It seems so easy to do and difficult to find.
