I have tried to delete and even export to closed auctions. They do delete and they do export until Ebud refreshes and then here they are again. I need to get them off to have more room for the auctions I have running. Can anyone help?? Thanks, Liz

I was just coming on to ask the same thing. I keep deleting no sale auctions and they just keep coming back. Anyone know how to get rid of them for good

Auctiva Support replied to my questions. After you open Ebud Click on Edit --> Refresh Settings
and this opens the page for This Settings. At the top is the number of days Data Refresh Period But the only choices are 2,7,14,21,30...
It is set on 2 days. Itried to put in a 1 but when you refresh it changes to 14 days. So basically we have to wait 2 days before we can delete or export them off the spreadsheet.
