I have listed all my items for sale on the e page, and when I went back in later they were all gone and the screen in the area where listings were to be is dark gray, relisted them, and they disappeared again. How to I notify auctiva of this program, I just started using it again after about a month of no activity but I am paid up for 18 more days. Could I be doing something wrong?

Are you using the correct version? You can send a support case by signing into the auctive website and clicking the support link. I really don't understand what a e page is? bluefox

Thanks for your reply, it was the general screen that you work from, I think its called "spread sheet", the data kept disappearing from. But it seems to be staying there, so far today. Thanks for your reply. Maybe it will be ok now.
