I am unable to add an item to the eBud grid. The item is a Second Chance Offer that was accepted by the buyer. I also have tried to file a support request to no avail. Can someone in support give this attention?

I have never gotten a second chance offer to come up on eBud. I have always had to add it manually on an old line. If someone knows of another way I'd love to hear about it!

I was told last week that "Joe" would look at this problem maybe next week - apparently it's not a priority item with "Joe".

Have the same problem with eBud 3.35r 2 versions back it was working with second chance offers, that was the last time I was using it. I will file a support case as well. If every one of us who has the problem files a support case it may help getting it solved quicker.

I have the same problem. In past I was adding them manually, but not it does not work anymore. Has solved this problem somebody?

New to EBud can any one help

Where can I find to what all the little icons mean on ebud?

In ebud where all my current auctions are running is there anyway to change the colors? (Not using a store)
