Ebud 3.35y has been released and specifically addresses the feedback problems that you all are having.
The Get All Feedback button has been removed and replaced with a drop down list which provides time spans to retrieve feedback. This will allow you to pull feedback in smaller and more manageable increments.
The selections are as follows: Get Latest: This option will pull the last 14 days of feedback if the feedback manager is empty. If ebud already has feedback, then it will pull from the date of the latest feedback item. This option is the default and should be used most of the time.
The other options are in the following monthly increments: 1,3,6,12,18,24,26,48
The last option is "All". This option is similar to the old "Get All Feedback" button. It will clear all existing feedback and pull from the beginning of time, retrieving all items. Note:For users who have over 100 pages of feedback, there is still the chance of this operation timing out and causing an error like you were experiencing before.
