It would be nice if there was an obvious way to get a bunch of first time user questions answered and I suppose there is a place here for that. But where is that sort of help? A FAQ section or a Newbie section would help get some of those things answered. I have also been a bit confused as I was doing the start up part of Auctiva and I thought there was a point where I could designate different email addresses for responses to different sections of my auctions, but I am pretty confused by it all so that might have been something else. It was a thing where different questions by buyers could be directed to different places for an answer.

To answer your subject question, eBud is a database program where each listing is a "record" unto itself. Or more simply an index card that contains all the information about that listing. In the database you can sort and input information as desired. It's pretty helpful, but can still use some fine tuning. It also will import the eBay fees so you know what it cost to sell the item in ebay. Hope this is helpful.
