I , along with several other posters have asked several times for more space in the buyer address field, it just is not big enough for a long complicated address.
Is there a logical reason this hasn't been fixed? seems like an easy fix. The buyer note field is also very small but the address certainly needs fixing. I never see a response from any of you on this subject, if there is a logical reason for not fixing it please post it.
Hi, You can do the addresses as long as you want. I ship internationally, as I assume you do because that is the only time there is a problem with length in addresses... Some countries, which shall remain unnamed go to so many lines I lose track! ........ and the address works fine on the labels. When you type in an address that takes more than a line, and goes to another line, it still prints on one line when you actually print it out. The only thing I need to do sometimes is to use a bigger label than I ordinarily would for these lengthy addresses. Good luck, try some and I think you will see. Leslie

What I'm saying Leslie is that ebud will only store part of a long address, It's happened to me a couple of times this week, I ship internationally too and that's where the problem is. The problem is that the address field is too small, I'm glad you're not having any problems, but that doesn't help me any.
Absolutely you are correct. I am so sick of having to hand write the international addresses out because it cuts it off. Ebud for clarification does indeed only allow so many characters and then cuts it off. So it is happening, and we do need larger fields, I'm with you all the way PEsty!!

And trust me it is teensy enough as it is, you can barely read my return address so that isn't the problem. Also it has nothing to do with Font size, as when you even put the entire long address in some cases into the field it cuts it off before printing can even happen. Maybe you guys don't get long addresses, I'm sure Pcat and I aren't nuts.

Just asking I can get 5 lines on my labels and they are as small as they come 1" X 2-5/8". 5160 is the number I use. I am using size 11 for the buyers address, thats small.

But sometimes with some International addresses, especially if they have them sent to an office and then want attention to and their title yada yada, it is more than 5 lines. Actually it happens even when it is not International.

Canada and APO's are my problem. Not enough room. Cuts off, runs out of room, whatever. Definitely not enough space. Lots of other little fixes they haven't done anything about either. All mentioned in suggestion discussions, including the suggestion area, and in some cases support requests as well. All with a promise to fix. But not done. Oh well! And now they'll charge us $5+ a month more and still not fix them. --Melanie
