Couple quick questions if anyone can help for EBUD ...
1.Is there an automatic way to have ebud retrieve and place the ebay fees in the fee colum.
2. Is there a way to retrieve info from paypal to mark the appropriate auction as paid?
3. How do I know if an invoice has been sent to the auction winner? Is it automatic or do I have to manually select in ebud and send an invoice.
4. The EBUD form letter that says an invoice is attached to the email... Is it really or do I have to attach it manually?

No. You have to manually retreive eBay fees through the Tools menu

According to eBud tech support, they are working on this but have not made if functional yet.

You can set eBud to automatically send a winning invoice. When an invoice is sent an invoice number will be assigned.

It should be done by the software.

Thanks !! That did help. One more question. How does the auction winners address get moved into ebud. When I refreshed data I got their email address and name but not the physical address...?

You have to put the physical address in manually..but only the first time ..after that it is in your database and if you have another transaction with that bidder..it will be there..
