It looks like after all these years we are giving up ebud. We started with ebud when it first came out in beta, before auctiva. I must say the support on a problem that has been around for well over 2 months is not there. I know they probably wont miss our $100 plus a year but I am sure we are not the only ones leaving.

Same problem with Poster. I've been around for more than 5 years too. I've been paying $70 a month and can't get a solution to something that should be simple to fix.
It looks like they could care less about those of us that have been around paying fees for the last 5 years.
Oh well. They aren't the only service out here. Just the best in terms of pricing and the user interface. I stopped using Ebud a couple of years ago, because they never implemented features such as exporting address.
But, what can you do?
