Mad

I have my relist options checked as Do NOT Allow non-refundable items to relist yet it continually is relisting non-refundable auctions.

This option is not working!!! What gives?

I also have the radio button checked to change status of relisted to "Relisted as <itemnumber>"

This is a very expensive problem.

I am running XP operating system. I do also have Nortons firewall.

Is this going to be fixed????

Let me know

I file a support case on this. Everybody do not depend on the relisting tool in ebad.

Here is the reply from support;
We have confirmed that this service option is not working
correctly. We have sent this issue off to our engineering
department, and await their reponse.

Thank you,
Auctiva Support

I am thinking of adding relister, how would you rate it? 1-10 of course when it is working.
Does it not work often?

I have use ebud & it's relister for the last 4 years or so. It has been excelent until this year. Right now it sucks for the reasons I posted.

It bothers me that they did not notify us of the problem.

I have been using eBud mainly for relisting for about as long as you have. It's been a great tool! Or should I say it was a great tool...

But now I feel like I'm in a sinking boat. I continually try to get a solution from support, but get no response.

I also am using Windows XP and have a firewall in place.

I am also thinking about downloading eBay's turbo lister. Any feedback that anyone would like to give on that?

Relister still does not work. I received this note from Ed J at ebud;

will pass this on but it was not made to be sorted for this condition
I will let the programmer see if he can add more code to this.
I am thinking the eBay API change we are working n would be able to handle these types of listings.
The way we extract data is the old way and once we get all of eBud on the API things should be a lot better
Thanks
Ed

Hi
I've been using ebay turbo for several years, I like it, but was considering ebud relister as it states it will only relist refundable items.
On the ebay my ebay page, I can relists and modify, but doesn't tell me if it is a refundable item. But it does work, so I guess I stay with them for a while. I've been with Auctiva for many many years, since it's beginning I think when there was only one man who lived on the computer and could be reached 24/7. I think maybe he found a life.
