I cannot file NPB disputes through ebud, it has been a few days now I keep trying and nothing. The auction are about 10 days old. Has anything changed that I need to know or is it just a temporary glitch?

Is there a specific error message you're getting?

Have you checked your eBay token? (ie Do you get a prompt to authenticate with eBay when you open the program?)

I can't even get EBUD to update from 3.35j to 3.35o.... had this problem last year. I've lost all my ended auctions from the last six weeks, heck, all my listing history period....
Can't see anything but my last six listings. I put in a help request yesterday... but looks like everyone needs help with EBud. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for and continue having the same issues I had last July - cannot autoupdate!!! Fran

Can I ask you if you know the difference between why we are paying the fees and the free service they offer now..I have asked but I am not getting an answer
