I can´t send emails from e-bud, only if I put manually the address on the outlook...

What email setting are you two using? The Auctiva mail setting seems to be working correctly. I just tested it.

Hi,
I have tried all three settings and nothing shows going out in my sent file. I just used the Auctiva mail and I do not show an e-mail going out.

this is happening to me too on aol. I can't send any mails from ebud. I never had this problem until last month. Now I never can send them. Pretty frustrating when you have a lot of them to send

This is typical with AOL. Since Auctiva mail doesnt go through through the AOL mail system, it should just be a coinsidence. Auctiva mail is working fine on this side. Look in your ebud error log, and let me know what you find.
