You can either do this manually, or set them to extract each time you refresh.
Manual: Highlight the fixed price listing by searching it (bring to top of spreadsheet). Then use Selections->extract buyers while the auction is highlighted. The buyers for that particular auction will then show.
Auto: Under tools, select eBay stores, then select auto extract when refresh. *Note* this takes a bit more time than a regular refresh, at least on my records.
Annoying: If a buyer gets more than quantity 1, you'll have to manually change the total for their line. eBud only pulls the price for 1 item no matter how many 1 buyer gets.

That's not quite right, ebud does get the correct total when more than one is bought but will only show the price for 1 on the data card. if you change the price on the data card ebud will multiply that by the quantity bought and the total will be wrong. To keep the invoice correct you shouldn't change the price on the data card. Here's my method: A buyer buys 5 widgets, I bring up the data card and insert a 5 on the description line. I have a special congrats email on which I added "each" after the price. Works like a charm.
I had an amusing sale a couple of weeks ago. When I listed it I entered shipping as $6 plus 65 cents additional for each additional yard of fabric. I misplaced the decimal point and a lady bought 20 yards. She went to pay by Paypal and shipping was listed as $1239.00. She about had a fit on me.

Thanks for the ideas and "solutions" flvamp and pestycat. Sounds like ebud has the same "issues" with dutch auctions and fixed price listings. I have found my dutch auction solution (liek pestycat) to work well and will now know to implement it with fixed price listings. Very helpful guys! And pcat, thanks for sharing that "amusing" sale. I'm sure she knew it was a typo but boy am I sure you were both happy she saw the typo before hitting "ok"! :-) Now that would have been a surprising credit card bill! (And a bonus for you in your account?!) I'm sure you would have had to refund it but still. I can only imagine! --Melanie

I don't use invoices from eBud -- so I never knew about what you mention above.
This is a perfect example of how this board is so much help!

I was having the same problem not getting the buyers on my fixed price listings. I went to tools>ebay stores>Automatically extract when I refresh. Now when I refresh it will say extractling buyers, but then nothing on the spreadsheet changes, no lines are added for the buyers. I am running 3.10h any ideas? I really need to send out emails.

Thanks flvamp works great....
and thanks for the multiple handy hint from peskycat.
I have 3.10h and everything works great. I do a search and ebud brings up the multiple listing on one line and the bidders sold listing on the next line. very neat and tidy.
I for one was all for 2.89 and hated and fought changing over, but I am so happy now.
I found out that many of my problems in the past were not because of ebud, but because of my computer. I had 2 upgraded and they whiz on through. The older units won't work as well, so that tells me it's my fault, not ebud.
I've been a subscriber since the wee early days.
Thanks ebud
