Keeps reverting back to Version 3.33 once I close then reopen ebud. Can't retrieve ebay fees. I get an error message that my token (whatever that is) is incorrect. It said to try again and I should be prompted to authenicate. Tried again got the same error message. Can someone help?
It sounds like these problems were related to the recent database downtime that has periodically been happening. If these problems keep going on plese file a support case and we'll take care of you.
They have been happening for a week now,and not just with me,but with others.2 Of my auctions are wasted because of it,there is no description,just the yellow box,that says "store loading".I have filed support cases all week too,and gotten no response.
I think Joe is asking you as to if the eBud updating problems are still occuring. The store window problems when revising your auctions is a different issue.
