Tom, Miles, somebody......

I posted a fixed price auction (6102417141) offering 2 pieces. One is sold and paid for.

How do I "manage" my auction and generate emails with your "auction managing" software?

I have tried rt-click update & add new item. Nothing I can find will pull the completed auction and it's information into the data base.

I thought the new version / eBay interface was supposed to fix problems like this.

Thanks,

Dale

hi Dale

you should definitely file a support request about this matter so that support can get your information and reproduce this problem

You have to right click and choose "extract buyers" you'll probably have to do it twice before it will pull the buyer.
The stores and fixed priced listings need some fixes, for instance I miss the "ca-ching" when a fixed price item sells.

Thanks much Pcat,

It worked just like you said:

First try - "no buyers"
Second try - "1 buyer extracted"

Thanks again,

Dale
