I just did a manual refresh and all my auctions that end later today (over 150 of them) have all ended already per Ebud. Of course they haven't actually ended on Ebay. What is the problem here? Are you guys going to fix this? Also, my Feedback Manager is STILL not working. It counts up the new numbers now but when it goes back out to actually download the comments it just hangs and times out.

I have one like that to, see item number 2915929273. In ebud it is ended, went to the data card and did the confirm data and it gave me an error in getting email address. Here is what I think...I think it is the new feedback table added by ebay to tell people what the feedback percentage is of the seller on the auction page, top section under the seller name. You can see this item has time left and it does not show up in my ebay as something sold or ended. Thank you, David

Yep, we had another auction showing as closed as of this morning, whereas it actually has over 8 hours to go. Ebay records are correct, Ebud's are wrong.....

I just checked ebud and all my auctions ending in nine hours were showing up as ended. The time was incorrect, showing 00:24 instead of 18:24.
I had to manually update each auction, then open the data card, and get rid of incorrect status and status history information.
Very disconcerting, and time consuming to fix.

Next refresh it changed from ended to having time left but the email stayed as error in getting email address, opened the data card and deleted the message, did a manual refresh and it got the email address. I thought I would post this in case it means something to someone. David

I haven't experienced this is e-bud, but this morning when I checked my counters at RubyLane, they had a bunch of items that are to end today already ended. About 10 minutes later it was corrected. Must be something e-bay has done again bookwyrm

our auctions also show ended in ebud , but have 2 hours to before they ended on ebay...

The auction that ended early finalized later with a higher bid than shown. Do we change that manually, or will Auctiva finally take care of the errors?

It's happenning again! It's hit or miss, most times it works fine but when it screws up and ends them early here's what I've been doing.. Before each manual refresh I back up the databases, then if the manual refresh works fine I back it up again, if not I restore it and try again in a few minutes and it usually works. It's only actually ended my auctions early about 5 or 6 times so it really isn't that big of pain to do. After each "good" refresh, backup your databases!!!

This is the first time this has happened to me....I had several auctions closing this evening but Auctiva closed them hours earlier....frustrating to have to fill in all the correct data....hope this doesn't happen again. I couldn't imagine what had happened until I read the discussion board.

If you go to your ebay seller page and refresh, it's not every time but eventually it will show a time OF 00:30 ETC and if you refresh again it will go back to the right time. Complain to ebay as it is an ebay problem definately. It has happened to me all day like I have explained and I am almost certain that if ebud refreshes during the time ebay is messed up it will not let ebud work right. Please check this out and let me know if anyone else runs into this problem on their seller page. BF

Obviously I'm not the only experiencing this problem, which just occurred again. The only solution I have found is to delete the records and refresh your auctions. If someone has a better solution while eBud decides if this is a REAL problem or not, I'd love to hear it. Good luck to all.

My auctions showing as ended and ones that have ended showing up with the wrong high bidder is making my tracking and emailing winners a real chore! This is supposed to be easier, not harder work, notifying winning bidders. Geesh, I am so frustrated! Fix it please!!!

I noticed several of my GTC listings were closed early. I simply deleted them all and refreshed and they came back with the right time. An ebay issue for sure. No need to confirm each auction manually, simply select all that shows just ended and delete them then refresh.
