I fill out every thing on the contract but when I preview it My name and address does not show in the upper left hand corner like its supose to nor does it show on the bottom of the contract like the consignor does. can some one explain to me why. or email me at refinishing20@comcast.net Thank You

The name that populates that area of your payout reports is pulled from the "Checkout Payment Address" that is on file with your Auctiva account. If you need to fill in this information, please click the "Checkout Settings" link under the "My Account" tab within your account, and fill in the section labeled "Checkout Payment Address".
