I'm still kind of new to Auctiva and in need of assistance. First, if I list an item and it does not sell it will show in payout as unsold. When that item is relisted through Auctiva and then sells the second time around, it still does not show with the new item number in the payout! Am I doing something wrong?? Second question ... once a payout is created, is there a way to remove the paid items from future payouts? I have a repeat customer, but all three payouts show ALL of the items and I have to check each one individually which is really time consuming. Am I also missing something here or do I just need to physically delete the items once they have sold and the consignor has been paid? Thanks in advance for any assistance!
