So I decided to do my first payout of a couple consignors I have and on the first one, while it does show (1) item on the "Manage Consignment Accounts" page, when I click the "payout" link, the item is not there.
On another on, there are (2) item on the "Manage Consignment Accounts" page, when I click the "payout" link, there is only (1) showing.
Also, I have a 3rd consignor that both items showed up correct for payout, but FVF and PPF are not showing up(I have them checked in the contract manager). There is however a 40 cent listing fee, which I don't even want to charge.
The "Final Value Fees" section of a given payout report should typically populate automatically within about 4-6 hours of when the listing ends. However, the "Paypal Fee" field cannot be populated automatically because that information is not available through the eBay/Paypal API.

I am trying to do a payout for my sales in Feb. and when I try I only get two of the consignors listings. They all show when I look at items, but when I do a payout they don't all show. Can you help me?
All listings not showing for my consignment client. NEED THIS FIXED ASAP FOR PAYOUT PROCESS! Made out a support report yesterday, but there has been no response from support. Love Auctiva, but when its bad its bad, just like when its good its good.
All of my consignments still don't show on my pay out. I have discovered that if I do not check it as a consignment when listing, and add it later it will not show on the pay out. Can't the programmers fix this? I know I am not the only one with the problem.
Only items that are specified as consignment items when they are listed and have sold will show up when the "Create Payout Report" option is selected for a given cosignor. It is not currently possible to add listings that were not listed as consignors to a given consignor, nor is it possible to restore items that have been deleted from a consignor to that consignor, but we may add those capabilities in the future.
I looked through our support case records and, assuming your Auctiva username is the same as your forum display name, I was unable to find record of any recent support requests associated with your username.
