Hey Gooner, you are actually correct. Uggs got their name over 75 years ago in Australia because they were considered to be ugly. I am sure they were worse back then.

These boots are now a huge rage because a couple of Hollywood starlets started wearing them in sometime last year. Isn't it amazing what a little fame can do for a product.
