Can you post this under the user generated tutorials thread? The user generated tutorials thread is pinned up near the top on the Auctiva Commerce Storefronts section of the board.

I think I know why: if you notice to the left side of the User Generated Tutorials thread, you will see a locked padlock.

Although I posted it there, it came to the Getting Started board. I guess that Jeff picks items from here and adds them to the locked board.

We'll see what happens in a couple of days.

That is because the one at the top of this board is just a mirror of the post on the other thread. I will add it over there...

Jeff was coming in regularly and updating, but I haven't seem him do that in about a week. This one is too good to get lost in the shuffle. I took your logo method and created an email invoice and packing slip. Need to do a tutorial........

Hello and HELP!

I made the fatal mistake of not copying my original order shipped notification email and now it always emails an error message. Does anyone know how I can restore the original template?
