I am getting this everytime I try to list something!

Ive already put a credit card on file like 3 hours ago and its still telling me the same thing!!! im soooo effin pissed!!!

Hi When I added a credit card it took almost a dya to register. I would go to chat on Ebay & ask them how long it will be Good luck
